The situation before

Before: a company nobody could look up

In Dubai, contractors get checked. A consultant passes your name to a client, and before replying, the client Googles it. Whatever shows up is what they think of you.

Searching this company's name returned nothing. No website, no page, nothing to show the business existed, while they were working on Rixos Bab Al Bahr, villas on Aldar's Nurai Island and a restaurant fit-out in the city. The track record was real, but nobody who hadn't already worked with them could check it.

What they had instead was a company profile PDF forwarded from phone to phone. Changing anything meant going back to a designer, so it just stayed the same while new projects happened without it.

Too big to send

A PDF with real project photos in it clogs up inboxes, so it gets compressed or the photos get left out.

Out of date within weeks

Finishing a job they should have been showing off meant paying to rebuild the whole document. Usually it just waited.

No single link to share

Nothing to put on a quotation, in a signature or on a business card. Every introduction depended on someone remembering to attach the file.

Looks like everyone else

Every fit-out contractor in the Emirates sends the same kind of PDF. It doesn't prove anything, since anyone can make one.

What I built

What I built

The company now has a website people can check. riyazahmedts.com lists the services, past projects and contact details, and answers the question every new client really has: is this a real company that has done this kind of work before?

Six projects have their own pages, including Rixos Bab Al Bahr, the Nurai Island villas and Meydan. What used to be a claim in a conversation is now something a client can open and read, and each page is a link that can go straight into a quote or a reply.

It's on Google now. The site is verified in Search Console with the sitemap submitted, and searching the company name brings up the company. That was the whole problem a year ago, and it keeps working without anyone maintaining it.

The tech, for anyone who asks: React and TypeScript built with Vite, on its own domain with HTTPS.

Stack

React · TypeScript · Vite · Tailwind v4. Static output, nothing to log into, nothing to keep patched.

End to end

I handled every step, including the last two that most developers leave to the client.

  1. 01

    Design

A clean, professional layout. The goal here was to look credible, not flashy.

  2. 02

    Build

Static pages for the services and each project, so there's no database to go down.

  3. 03

    Domain & DNS

Registered riyazahmedts.com and pointed it at the site. The company owns the domain outright.

  4. 04

    Deployment

Live with HTTPS and a certificate that renews on its own.

  5. 05

    Search Console & indexing

Verified with Google, sitemap submitted, and searching the company name now finds the company.
