Riyaz Ahmed Technical Services
A Dubai interior fit-out, renovation and maintenance contractor.
Services
Websites for businesses, and contract engineering for teams
Two kinds of work, done by the same person: sites that put a business online and on Google, and backend, frontend and LLM work for software teams.
Websites for businesses
A site on your own domain, found on Google, kept up to date.
Designed around your work
Layout and type built around your photos and projects, not a template they have to squeeze into.
Built and hosted
Static pages served over HTTPS. No server to go down, nothing to log into, nothing to keep patched.
Your own domain
I register the domain and point it at the site. Your business owns it outright; I only set it up.
On Google
Verified in Google Search Console, sitemap submitted and indexing confirmed. Most handovers skip this step.
Easy to keep current
Send new project photos on WhatsApp and the new page is live the same day. No designer, no rebuilt PDF.
One person, start to finish
The same developer designs it, builds it, puts it online and makes the updates afterwards.

Contract and freelance engineering
Production work for software teams, by area.
Backends and APIs
Services that hold up in production, and the bugs that only show up there.
PythonFastAPIDjangoCeleryPostgreSQLRedis
- Traced a silent bug where an overloaded single-worker Celery renderer shipped cards without customers' handwriting; fixed with HTTP 425 holds, backoff retries and corrected timeouts.
- Found Stripe webhook signatures were never verified in production, fixed it, and made payment recording idempotent.
- A Django/DRF CMS and a Celery price/stock sync with batched SQL for a high-traffic US marketplace.
SvelteKit and Svelte
Fast, SSR-first frontends with the SEO done properly.

Next.js and React

LLM features and RAG
LLM features inside real products, with retrieval quality that is measured, not assumed.
RAGMCPClaudeGeminiGroqChromaDB
- Repo LLM: hybrid retrieval with reranking and an MCP server; a 10-query eval took top-5 hit rate from 90% to 100%.
- FastAPI services for an AI card editor: targeted image edits, handwriting transcription, vision-model photo placement.
- Daftaar: rules first, LLM only for low-confidence cases, live with about 30 students for $0 a month.
